Individual Therapy (60 minutes, $150.00) is a time to talk and a time to be heard in a safe and confidential space filled with empathy and compassion. It is tailored to the individual's needs and desires.

Family Therapy (90 minutes, $300.00) Every family is uniquely designed with its history, culture, dynamics, and beliefs. Therefore, family sessions will be tailored to each family with sensitivity to the family’s specific needs.
